Terms and Conditions

CUSTOMERS BUYING FROM DESIGNS IN STAINLESS LTD ARE ENTERING INTO A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BASED ON THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

YOU MUST READ AND DIGEST THE TERMS AS THEY MAY EFFECT YOUR RIGHTS.

THE FOLLOWING TERMS COVER THE PURCHASE BY THE CUSTOMER OF PRODUCTS AND THE SALE BY DESIGNS IN STAINLESS LTD.

• All orders are covered by these terms and conditions from first order, and all future orders.

• All products sold are the property of Designs in Stainless Ltd until paid for in full.

• First orders will require full payment on date of order.

• Trade Accounts will be arranged by the discretion of Designs in Stainless Ltd.

• Credit Terms for agreed account holders are Strictly 30 days from date of Invoice, and No further products will be supplied until account is fully paid.

• Accounts not settled within the 30 day period will be contacted by Designs in Stainless Ltd requesting for immediate payment within next 7 days or Designs in Stainless Ltd will arrange for collection of products.

• Retail Prices include VAT at current rate at the time of Purchase.

• All Products in current Brochure and Website include carriage costs within Mainland UK unless otherwise indicated.

• All Bespoke products will be plus carriage costs.

• As our policy is one of continuous product improvement we reserve the right to alter product specification and the price without notice.

• Delivery will be made by independent courier companies in most cases and all products will require immediate inspection and any damages to be reported to Designs in Stainless Ltd immediately.

• Damaged products to be reported within 7 days of receipt when not inspected on day of delivery. Damaged products reported within the time limit of 7 days will be collected by arrangement of Designs in Stainless Ltd and repaired / replaced.

• Products reported after 7 days will result in the customer paying for carriage costs and the repair / replacement costs will also be paid by customer.

• Water pumps supplied with all Water Features are guarantied for one year after date of Order. Guarantee only valid if pump has not been tampered with or taken apart. Replacement pumps will be sent once receipt of original pump received and inspected by Designs in Stainless Ltd. If on inspection pump found to be in working order, carriage costs to be paid by customer.
